L-Tartaric Acid is White crystalline powder, without odor, sour, stable in air, dissolvable in the water, ethanol and ethyl ether. And mainly used in chemical preparation of sour, chemical preparation of resolution and pharmaceutical materials. It can be used in high-level candy, cold drink and wine in food industry, also used in preservative and stabilizer. In textile industry it can be used in resist agent of printing and dying.
